Most browsers also allow you to disable or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect platform functionality.

• Match your profile with appropriate lending or financial service Partners.
• Share your contact information and assessment responses with a Partner so they can contact you about products or services that may match your profile.
• Contact you or facilitate contact by a Partner via phone, text, or email regarding mortgage, refinance, HELOC, or related products (subject to your TCPA consent).
• Operate, maintain, and improve our platform and user experience.
• Measure and optimize the performance of our advertising campaigns.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Lending and Financial Partners

When you complete an assessment and submit your contact information, we share your name, phone number, email address, and relevant assessment responses with one Partner — a licensed lender, mortgage company, or financial services provider — so that they may contact you regarding products or services that match your profile. We do not sell or distribute your information to multiple partners simultaneously.

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our platform, including analytics providers, advertising platforms (Google, Meta), attribution platforms (Hyros), hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer relationship management tools. These providers are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us and consistent with this Privacy Policy.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Eagle Digital Systems LLC, our users, or the public.
